Dekho na mai tumlogo ka side lunga aur na app ka.
Highway delite koi mere chachere bhai ka app nahi hai jo uska sath dunga but mujhe yeh jarur pata hai business kaise kam karta hai.
New New startup companies k pas itne funds nahi hote hai ki sab ka crore o rupees k credit card bill payment handle kar paye, pre-fund BBPS ko dekar.
isiliye itne failed hue hai.
Kuch fault bank server ka bhi hai woh alag topic hai.
2nd baat, yeh log new new business start kiye hai utne pata nahi hote hai ya system ko aisa nahi banaya hai ki failed trxn k bhi conv fee refund ho jaye.
Isiliye suru me conv fee refund nahi ho rahe the.
Unlogo ne socha tak bhi nahi hoga ki itne trxn failed hoga and itne customers aa jayega suddenly.
Moral of the story - kisi ka bhi fault nahi hai.
ye log to itne cute h ki apni screen ka photo khich kar bhej dete ki sir refund initiate kar diya h. 🤣🤣🤣 aisa toh dharti per koi na kare.

simply write "not available" in transaction ID tab. that's it
In the app under credit card section, tap on 3 dots on top right and get a screenshot of your failed transaction.
Then dispute on RP using that screenshot under Money debited but order not confirmed

Dude, please just dispute the transaction already. You'll get your money in 24 hours.
If you leave it upto automation, they'll take their sweet time to refund. My 10K transaction failed yesterday and I disputed it immediately on Razorpay. They refunded within 7 hours.
