Not just Highway Delight, you literally have to beg Canara Bank/SBI or any other BBPS registered biller for your refund.

Atleast they refund within 24 hours post disputing the transaction.

Dude, please just dispute the transaction already. You'll get your money in 24 hours.

If you leave it upto automation, they'll take their sweet time to refund. My 10K transaction failed yesterday and I disputed it immediately on Razorpay. They refunded within 7 hours.
