Ofcourse, razorpay pay is payment gateway, inshort mediator to take payment from ur UPI/DC/Wallet and give to merchant which is highway delite here.

Now, since ur wallet/upi debited so razorpay shown success, but merchant failed to complete ur order, so now either refund will processed automatically or raise dispute manually.

Timepay ko bhi band karwayega. App ka ek employee ne mujhe bahut pahele share kiya tha, ustime registered bhi nahi ho raha tha mera, new new app aaya tha. Phir bahut muskil se hua tha, tab se chal raha yeh loot.

Time pe pay karne ke liye use timepay app. But sadly in his case, na to time pe pay hua aur na he time pe refund.
