They are refunding but without the convenience fee.

I think their system is not updated properly.

Register your complaint, im sure they will refund your conv fee.

Refund is automatic, i think developer forget to add conv fee on refund process. 😀

Jio Finance app reverted 100 rupees IndusInd payment after the due date. Because of this net payment called below the total due IndusInd charged me non payment dues and GST on it.
