I never had any BOB cards before this.

Scapia would be launching their LTF CC with BOB and YES BANK soon. Federal Bank will also remain with them as of now. Hence, people who are being denied BOB ETERNA CC LTF can apply to get SCAPIA LTF CC from them after the cooling off period, whatever it is.

they would have mentioned 4 working days but mostly should get it within 2 days and card should reach you in 3-5 days from confirmation if approved

btw, after vkyc, you need to submit the application which was new to me as normally for other CCs, after vKYC you will get email or sms confirmation but here after submitting the application only it will say something like thanks for submitting and we will get back in 4 working days etc

For folks who received the wrong card delivered instead of Eterna, BOB has rectified their mistake by issuing the correct variant of the card, and it has been delivered as well. It took time but it was rectified.

One of my friends was applying for a BOB credit card. The day before yesterday, after completing the DigiLocker KYC, he got a server error.

Then yesterday, after entering his salary details and company name, the status suddenly changed to “Application on Hold.” The error message also said that someone from BoB will contact him, but he wants to complete the entire application online only and avoid any offline steps.
