Magnus -> Magnus for Burgundy | Upgrade | Queries

I have a few questions, it would be really helpful if someone who actually upgraded Magnus to M4B could answer the questions below:

I plan to pay the 30k annual fees on the credit card upgrade.

1. I have around ~2 lakh reward points. Will I be able to redeem those at 5:4 after the upgrade, or are only the points earned on M4B eligible for 5:4?
   1. I tried contacting Axis customer care, but they told 2 lakh points earned on Magnus are only eligible for 5:2 even after the upgrade, but I still doubt their claim.
2. I have ~15lakhs spending on my Magnus, will that be carried forward to the new M4B (they have a 30lakhs annual spend criteria) or will I have to start afresh?

[PS: please stay away if you didn't upgrade magnus to m4b, as I am not looking for opinions, but rather seeking actual experiences].

As far as i am aware, 5:4 applies to all points, not just the ones earned after M4B conversion. But some experts can confirm

M4B is on mastercard, while your Magnus might be on Visa - not sure. But M4B will be a new card number, thus spends will not be accumulated.

RPs should transfer 5:4 if you maintain True Burgundy with MB4 as RPs from Select CC also get clubbed for 5:4
