I got upgraded to MB couple of days and have activated the card with the primary activation code.

I don’t see any other bucket except the old Edge Reward points bucket where I see all my points. Do I need to wait or call support for MB bucket which gives 5:4 transfer ratio

Yes …. I also see 20 point reversal… but the things is MB card never gets 20 points … it is always in the multiples of 12. So it seems like some kind of testing

Yes, my ER points for the transactions on Magnus around 23000 ER all got reversed and I called CC ppl they r telling due to some system issues for non eligible transactions also ER points got credited like utility bills etc. etc. there are re verifying the system and then they’re going to credit back the eligible point for eligible transactions that’s what cc people told me today morning.

can we close axis card if there is a negative point balance?

My company has tied up with Axis recently for opening salary accounts, they are opening an Axis Burgundy Salary Account, and are giving a LTF Magnus Card ( not MB). I already have a Magnus Card (Basic, Paid). Their agents are giving mixed responses. So need your help, if someone can suggest how to proceed.

Can I close my Magnus today and apply for new Magnus immediately or in 15 Days

Yea, applied for my sister two weeks back , who is a non axis account holder, through RM, card arrived within a week. Was planning to apply one more and RM said the process has changed and now we can do it online through the internet banking portal, haven't tried it yet.

Even after maintaining AQB of more than 10 lakhs for Average of October, November and December months , axis backend team was declining my Upgradation request...
Finally after so much fight, and with escalation through RM, Bank Manager my Magnus Credit Card has been upgraded to M4B today..
I forced them to map the Upgradation through mobile banking app since customer service team were unable to upgrade it.. Happy now..
It is time to redeem my existing 7lakh+ reward points ...
What are the steps to redeem it.. Can someone share the link for the redemption techniques? Thanks in advance

Hi is anyone able to add magnus burgundy MC to gpay. It says card not supported. Axis bank MC and visa is supported according to gpay. Also i want to make a genuine payment to a car service using card. Have the account number. What is the working app. I have used cred bharatpay snapay in past. But now past few months have not used any of these. Which will give me points
