Convenience of using AMEX/Diners cards for rent payment. Other advantage for me is using CC for transferring into small merchant accounts who do not accept CC.

PAN and Bank details/UPI details needed to make rent payment. There are ways to get other benefits but that would be abusing the cards.
By small vendors i meant local repair and interior design guys who do not accept CC. For local kirana /veg shop also it can be used for UPI. I use it for that also sometimes.
