Hi,

Great news! Housing.com now accepts rent payments from AMEX Credit Cards, offering a more convenient method for transactions.

It appears that this service is currently available for two categories: "Home Service" and "Education Payments."

A beneficial option is to consider their Credit Plus Subscription, which reduces convenience fees with each payment. By selecting the "Education Category," you can enjoy a flat 15% discount on fees, lowering the convenience fee to just 1.4%, the lowest rate available. I did total transactions of Rs 60,000 and everytime it went through unlike mobikwik which fails most of the time.

To get started, feel free to use my referral link to access Housing.com
Use my invite code "40ifh" while making your first payment to get instant discount up to ₹300. 💸
Install the app by clicking here ➡️ https://bit.ly/3TtitEt & select “Pay on Credit” on the first screen.

I see a lot of people use rent payment to rotate money. Apart from getting milestone benefits what are other benefits?
What details are required to make rent payment using CC?

Convenience of using AMEX/Diners cards for rent payment. Other advantage for me is using CC for transferring into small merchant accounts who do not accept CC.

Please elaborate a bit how to make payment to small vendors using CC.

PAN and Bank details/UPI details needed to make rent payment. There are ways to get other benefits ;) but that would be abusing the cards.
By small vendors i meant local repair and interior design guys who do not accept CC. For local kirana /veg shop also it can be used for UPI. I use it for that also sometimes.

Mostly I am missing something basic...but what is the advantage of using this instead of redgiraffe/payzapp...the conv fee is much lower too
never heard of these apps ... do they charge even lower fees than that ? any referral link you want to share for that redgirafe?
