The App is buggy. Rent Payments using Amex always fails. I tried via Education Payment but the payment fails saying there is a problem with receiver's bank account. The same payment on the same account works just fine on other portals.

I tried few times but the Pay button doesn’t work in housing app for me. Tried using several other options like rent, education, tuition , paints etc. In every category facing sane issue. Also, have reinstalled the app. Any idea on this? Am I missing something?

The payment do get stuck or fail, but it always gets refunded. Plus with Amex, you are always safe. You can raise a chargeback request if funds don't get transferred in 7 days and you don't hear back from the housing.com app.
