Mass cancellation of Flipkart Axis Credit Card

As per a Facebook group Axis is doing mass cancellation of Flipkart Credit Card on grounds of non-personal use. They are checking old transactions as well and asking for invoices or proofs. Anyone facing this here?

I did order 7 , 10-20k phones for friends in 4 months

Neither frequency nor Order amount is that high. You can say u wanted to gift some of your friends for some occasion. You might be able to unblock it.

I have shared the invoices with msg that I have used only for me and my family
Let's see if they will unblock or not
As I can't track it
And customer support is saying they can't help on that

Exactly no one knows what they smoke while taking decision. In future this might create problem in acquiring other card/loan. If @ganesh980783 want, you can close the card once they unblock. Sending Couple mail / twitter post is alright.
But no need to take it to rbi. That might create even bigger problem.

Why would anyone need give this bloody invoices to a credit card issuer??
They make money with our business..
