Millenia to Regalia Gold upgrade. What happens to the reward points?

Hey all, first post here!
I just got an upgrade from my LTF Milennia to FYF Regalia Gold. My RM told me that my Milennia points would get transferred to RG, but didn't tell me the conversion ratio (if any). Considering that on Milennia, the CB points were worth 1:1 and RG has various tiers for points redemption (with the maximum being 1:0.65), I think that its a loss in value if the points are transferred as-is.

Has anyone encountered this? And would it be worth reaching out to HDFC support to rectify this if possible?

Try redeeming them as cash if card not converted yet.
