Mobikwik app not accepting Amex cards

I usually make few amex transections via mobikwic app but the are not working I received an error "Transaction failed because this card has been blocked by Zaakpay "
Pls help

Even I'm facing the same issue. Ironically, mine works for loading wallet and bill payment but not for rent payment. This is weird honestly and MobiKwik customer support is super crap so not sure of what to do next. I'm thinking of using Paytm wallet to bank transfer to pay my rent (genuine spend). But somewhere wary that this might start attracting high convenience fee in future for wallet loads via CC.

It was possible till last week but MobiKwik has fucked up something now and it has blocked AMEX cards from making rent payment
