Mobikwik CC Bill payment failed

HDFC CC Bill still not paid
Amount still not refunded
Paid using Visa debit card
Refund process takes 7-10 days.

If it's a large amount and CC due date is near.
Mobikwik is quite risky

And exercise caution if some one calls you from CC and asks for OTP or some other confidential information.

Thats why I always recommend to split the payments into 3 and initiate any CC bill payment 3 days before due date so that minimum paymnet reaches the bank any way.

Had the same issue with Cred, Mobikwik as well so its hit and mis. On top of that none of them have any contact person to chat or talk directly when things go wrong.
