Mobikwik Fi Debit Card transaction failure

Hi Team,
I am trying to pay my credit card bill of 11k on mobikwik (mw) via fi debit card, but it fails everytime.
I checked with FI team, and they asked me to check with mw. I know mw has limit of 20k, but not sure why even 11k is failing?

Anyone has any clue on this?

it is useless to pay via mobikwik as it won’t give any rewards better to use some other bank card

Was the single tx worth 10k+?
For me it only fails when tx is of 10k+.. strange 🤦

For me it only fails when tx is of 10k+.. strange 🤦

It was a txn of 7k so can tell about 10k+

If you're doing this to get the 2% on Fi Card, you should anyhow be paying only 2500 for each transaction. Even if you pay 11000, you'll get only 50 cashback

2500 for 1st 10 txs only. Post that, no need of doing 2500 tx. You can make single payment of any amount (since 50 cb is limited for 10 tx only)

Same issue with me as well. I paid a bill of 5K successfully using fi debit card. But when I am trying to pay a bill of 19K, it is failing everytime when I use the Fi card.

After entering my OTP and before redirecting to mobikwik, I am seeing a screen for very brief moment which shows a message saying: "Transaction Failed We regret that the transaction was not successful due to following possible reasons: Bank denied transaction on the card."

thats what i was referring to… wait for a day or two as fi doesn’t allow repeated transactions at same merchant more than 3-4 times

For me, cheq worked fine when I did 5x 2.5K transactions. Mobikwik also worked for 5K transaction earlier but started failing when I tried 10K+
