Mobikwik KYC Issues

Hi Team,

I had mobikwik account previously with xyz@gmail.com (very old account & blocked by mobikwik- no idea), later I created another account with another abc@yahoo.com.

After few years I asked mobikwik team to club the account xyz@gmail.com & abc@yahoo.com --> they did but not issue is I am unable to do the KYC. Whenever I am going through PAN or Adhaar it saying already linked to another account.

What should I do now??? I mailed them as well but no resolution.

Why u need kyc?
 
Maine to gaalia tak di hai.
But they said. sir de lo jitni deni hai. but kuch ker nahi skte. feedback bahut logo se mila hai. aur hum uspe kaam ker rhe hain.
Ye mobikwik waale sahi mein chu...ya hai.

I posted on twitter & they said same documents can't be loaded with more than 1 account.
I told, I know it shouldn't but it's the issue & you guys should have way to move out customer from this issue.

But I know it can't be done immediately (might take decades for them) 🤣
