I want to close some cards which cards are useless as per ur opinions
And which cards can I apply for utilities

Utility of any credit card depends on the individual’s spending pattern and category. So it is hard to judge anyone’s portfolio. A particular card may be useless to me, but that may be a useful card according to you spending pattern.

However, I feel Amex plat travel and RBL world safari don’t hold much value. Is there any particular reason to get RBL world safari?
