My experience with concierge facility offered for Axis Magnus card

I have opted for this service from Hyderabad Airport and the experience has been pretty good with a porter to carry luggage, with fast check in and security check as well , completed in 5 to 7 minutes. The lady assisted has been pretty good in maneuvering me thro different steps and ultimately landed me in lounge there also by passing long queue. Overall very happy

Do they take you from the lounge to the boarding gate too , if you ask ? For small P airports it may not matter but for Mumbai , it could be a long walk if the terminal is far.

As their service is up till boarding so they would also assist you from lounge to boarding gate

Thanks guys. Booked my concierge for the very first time. I am traveling with my 4 year old and my wife, all 3 of us are traveling in business, so not much of a help with the concierge as such, but wanted to experience it once 🙂

My experience at Delhi airport was also good. I booked for Air Asia Terminal 3 flight in evening. By chance it was not very crowded , still it was a worth

Took for Bangalore, main benefits were porter and security post checkin. No benefit in checkin or entrance security.
Actually I had bit of mix feelings.
I needed wheelchair for someone travelling with me. I was unaware that I need to contact airline for that. I called concierge and they told me that someone will call you 48 hours-24 hours before flight and you can tell them. They'll handle it.
I waited but only got call 4-5 hours before flight. I told them about wheelchair and then they told me that you should have contacted airlines.
We can't help you regarding this. I felt bad as they could have told me this thing when I called them for first time (~ 1week before flight).

Just got to know that they can meet you only 2 hours prior to your flight departure. I wanted to shop around for my kid at the airport and hence reaching just 2 hours in advance will be less of a time.

Do they make any exceptions and meet you early?
If not , I guess I’ll just ask the concierge to drop me from the lounge to the boarding gate, and that will be all 😂

max 1 hr is possible. upto 30 min easily

can you elaborate on how the long queue is bypassed? is there a separate queue for first/business class where they take you? because i have not seen anyone formally break the normal queue either at checkin or security.

you will be taken from business class entry. so hardly any queue you would get.

no charge. 1rs from the card get deducted while booking

I asked them to pick me up at 10.45 am and they obliged. The entire ride was on buggy…from entry gate 1 to the check in counter , then to the lounge. Then the porter came to the lounge to pick us up and dropped up at the boarding gate. The whole experience was pretty good and premium. Loved it.

The Hyderabad domestic lounge has a small room for meet & greet users. Bypass the entry queue (which is quite long) and sit there. The queue for food will be there though. TV Screen wasn't functional inside. But overall great!
