Myntra 10x Rewards from Biz Black Hdfc Card Problem

Hi TF Community,

I used my Biz Black Card for 10x rewards to shop from Myntra but I haven’t received my accelerated 9x rewards in the statement.

It clearly stated that I will receive 5x earlier and 5x later after 90 days, but still the 4x rewards has not been credited. In the statement it shows Myntra Via Smartbuy too.

Can someone please help regarding this matter?

Yes I got the tax payments acc. points. This is why I am confused too!
Although my bill date is 12th or 13th and I shopped on 11th date at 11.47pm.
However, I should still receive atleast 5x points.

Also, I didn’t bought gold. Just the clothes bags and shoes

Yes I did!
But I believe that in the Biz Black Card has additional 10000 accelerated points for Smartbuy and additional 7500 points for tax payments

Sometimes; it takes a couple of days to reflect. Since you purchased on 11th and billing cycle was on 12th/13th it would have not reflected yet. Wait for the next billing cycle and check.
