Name of Banks that lets you open account number of your choice.

Name a bank that lets you create an account number of your choice. I know Indusind does allow this but, is there any other option available?

I heard some banks provide my choice my account number. recently got to know Kotak also offers but only ace account and above. these are- HDFC BANK - 5lakh cheque required. Indusind - 0 Kotak jana small finance paytm airtel payment bank IOB if anyone know other name kindly add.
