Need a zero forex debit card

Hi guys,
I am a student, and I would like to take a zero forex debit card (1% is okay). its only for exam payment
I tried to get a sbi jcb card, but they said they needed a 1 lakh MAB account.
Niyo banks are not available
Are there any other suggestions for zero forex debit cards that will be available for zero balance accounts? Thank you

try on your parents or brothers number i have got megastar account by funding 50k but not used this card outside india
