I have made a payment on SBI UNIPAY for Rs.1800 from HDFC DC to pay my credit card bill on 27th Jan this year. But the transaction didn't go through and failed. I took the payment failure error screenshots and dropped a mail to HDFC after waiting 5 Days for the reversal there was no sign of it happening. They have asked me proof for the claim which I have submitted. It has been a month since my initial reply. whenever I reach them for response they mention they'll revert by March 18th.
