My application for a Federal Bank Celesta credit card was rejected due to a name mismatch in the backend system. A local credit card representative confirmed this after several follow-ups. The nearby bank branch refuses to assist without me opening an account with federal bank which I don't want to. The representative I contacted is unhelpful, and my email to multiple Federal Bank email addresses has gone unanswered.
