Need help in Selecting SBI Card

Please read my full post and try to answers all my questions so that i can make best decision and not regret later

I have been seeing Pre-qualified credit card banner when logging onto SBI net banking and YONO app for quite sometime, also got call from Home branch informing me that i am eligible for pre-approved credit card and just need to visit branch with PAN and Aadhaar, when i asked is it necessary to visit branch, can't i apply from YONO app as its showing me a Pre-qualified credit card banner she said you may but application might get stuck better to visit branch (she might be saying that so that apply through her only and she gets commission). Now i have few questions

1) Which card to apply Cashback or SimplyClick/SimplySave or any other ? Cashback card is good but i also want to have card for upcoming sale offers
Which card it will be beneficial to go for first so that afterwards its easier to get 2nd card as Pre-approved and maybe FYF (if not LTF)

NOTE: I already have Airtel Axis Card which covers most of my bills

2) I will be applying either through SBI net banking or YONO app so can i apply referral code here (1st & 2nd image) or applying only through referral link is considered as valid referral. If referral code applied will I get ₹500 voucher for Cashback card too or not and in case I apply for SimplyClick will i get ₹500+₹500 voucher (as simplyclick already gives one ₹500 voucher as Welcome gift )

If u have a good amount of online spends then SBI Cashback Card is a no brainer. It will give u 5% cashback on almost all online transactions, except
1000010002.webp
Also, do note instant bank discount's won't be applicable on this card
To get instant bank discount u need to have any other card from SBI except CB card

If required feel free to use my refferal code: jakWKcsZGm1

This is how you need to pick the card not based on referral or joining benefits, IMO.

U no need to visit branch apply online through sprint or net banking

It depends on your spending pattern.
Simple
1. If u can recover that 1000 annual fee and if u want cashback for all online spends and u spend more on many online shopping sites
Take cashback card
Remember "this card doesn't give u instant disc during sales".

2.
if u don't spend much on online platforms and u strictly need instant discounts during sales take simplyclick
If u don't spend much on other platforms except amazon flipkart t doesn't make sense to consider sbi cashback card
2) I will be applying either through SBI net banking or YONO app so can i apply referral code here (1st & 2nd image) or applying only through referral link is considered as valid referral. If referral code applied will I get ₹500 voucher for Cashback card too or not and in case I apply for SimplyClick will i get ₹500+₹500 voucher (as simplyclick already gives one ₹500 voucher as Welcome gift )
u can apply a referral code there but I'd suggest u go through referral link and yes, u get 500 for csb and 1000 for simplyclick

Finally, I'd suggest u to consider "cashback cc" as nowadays during sales we see atleast two bank card offers not on single sbi,
assuming u have axis or icici credit cards u can replace sbi card offer with any other cc for an instant discount

With SBI Cashback u can gen more return if u use it for all ur online spends

Apply via affiliate sites to get reward bonus which covers atleast two years of your card fee.
Apply IRCTC card as it has lowest annual fee and then after 3-4 months SBI simply save will appear as pre-approved and fyf, now you have two sbi cards which can be used in sales.

can you suggest best affiliate sites offering max cashbacks?

I hope you have identified your spends and only then decided to take one of these SBI Cards.
If not, then please do that first, and then come back here and update the post.
In a nutshell, Cashback is good enough for most online spends but joining fees is ₹1180 and yearly fees is ₹1180, but this does not work in sales discount offers.
Simply click/save will work in sales discounts and have lower fees, joining/yearly fees of ₹590.

If you decide to take one of those SBI Cards, then most bang for the buck is, via cashkaro affiliate site.
If you don't want to take this risk, you can apply using referral (I have referral in my signature). Opening via referral link or adding referral code is same.

If you *really* have plans for big spends in the next month's sales (do NOT FOMO here), and then apply simply click/save first , and use it in next month sales.
Then after a few months, and if you really need it, you can apply for the cashback card via sprint site.

Thanks. But they do have like 2-3 months gap for crediting the cashback after approval right?
Use "gopaisa" instead. I got my SBI CB card last month and the application and approval process took 7 days to complete and I got the Rs 1800 vouchers within 15 days.
I recall applying via cashkaro last year for my IRCTC card and they took more than 90 days to confirm but only after providing them with screenshot of card delivery sms.

How spammy is gopaisa ?
Zero to Paisabazaar level?
