Hi guys, I need some suggestions regarding a new Savings Account for my mom (49 Y). She receives a monthly pension of around 35k and currently has Uco Bank as the main account but I don't like anything there. I have an Imperia relationship with HDFC but not really sure if she will get any benefit out of it. We will park around 2-3L cash in the account for emergency and invest the rest in FD / mutual funds. Pls do let me know as I hate Uco Bank and their systems. But I am afraid of the calls Private Banks make for Loans and Credit Cards etc. Although she's pretty smart in those cases, I have some concerns in that area.
