Need Help with HSBC live +

SO i applied HSBC live+ for my father on 27 NOV 2024 after 4 days when i chat with live agent they say application declined then on 3 JAN 2025 they say they need additional information so my application is stuck and today when i call their phone banking they say my application is rejected. Is this a joke what i do now?

My father is salaried works in INDIAN RAILWAYS( LOCO PILOT) approx. 1.2L Salary with an age of 50 and Lives in Jaipur So they meet all their criteria (CIBL 782) have 5 cards with an average limit on all cards is 3L+

Try getting Platinum LTF from BankBazar/Other Agent, and ask CC to convert it to Live+

i think what he meant was, get HSBC basic card (platinum) and then call hsbc cust care to convert it to Live + . its easy to get approval for platinum card, that what I done.

Yup, as @MURUGESH explained, get basic card from the Agent/Partner, they have high chances of getting approved. And then you can call Customer Care to convert to Live+ , they will immediately do the same for you.
