NEED JUSTICE for Money Lost from my Savings Account due to Careless ness by ICICI Bank

Your reply is not acceptable, You are not at all suitable for Customer Support .You are only suitable to have the Name “ anti-customers supporters”.



I had said that you had passed an auto debit on 31-Oct-2024 even after me sending a mail to cancel all Auto debit, ECS/Mandate dated 31-July-2024 & you had replied to a confirmation mail stating nothing is live dated 01-August-2024.



After that only I trusted you ICIC Bank and had kept money in my account for savings. But after that I did not take any loan or did not give any Auto debit , ECS/Mandate . But without my confirmation to enable any auto debit you had passed a fraud banker’s payment of Rs.8258 on 31-Oct-24 ( Diwali a Public holiday).



Answer me for the above. See the screenshots for the mails and disabled details from my iMobile app & Internet Banking. ( As you customer support say , you are not able to open mail attachments)



Even though you don’t agree with your mistake and keep on . I need my lost money. This is 100% fault by ICIC Bank.



Below is the worst experience I am going to share in my Social Media .



My Sincere Advice to all my friends below is an alert and my Personal ADVICE for you.

PLEASE DON”T TRUST ICICI BANK.

YOUR MONEY WILL NOT BE SAFE IN ICICI BANK. Very worst support. Very unsafe , Unsecured for your money.

PLEASE CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND GET OPENED IN ANY SAFER AND WELL SECURED , TRUSTWORTH BANK.


I have all the mail Proofs attached .

I alerted the bank about the Fraud Banker issue . Sent Mail to Cancel all Auto debit , ECS / Mandate , This mail was sent on 01-April-2024 itself. Bank has sent me mail confirmation that nothing is live dated 01-August-2024. After that I did not or receive any LOANS. But without my confirmation and knowledge ICICI Bank has removed Rs.8258 from my account and gave it to that Fraud banker.

Bank is now asking me to go to that Fraud banker and get the money. Why should I go behind them for ICICI Bank’s Carelessness , Since I have already cancelled all Auto debit and received confirmation mail from your end.



IT IS BETTER to Keep your money in our house and have a well tamed terror DOG to save it ( No need to follow up after asking the dog to be alert.)



Dear All please Contact me ,i will explain in brief , also share your mail ID i will forward all the proof mails .

Try to contact icici Twitter handle and also escalate the issue to nodal officer of icici
Nodal officer details check on their website (Google it you should get it).

If no satisfactory response, raise RBI ombudsman.

Bank can't setup auto debit on their own unless you have taken loan from them. Looks to me that you have either shared your password or someone got access to your account details such as username and password and stole the money. If it's compromised account it's difficult to get it back unless bank and police are on your side.
