Yes they published after reading whole story and comments, they've mentioned reaching to Ombudsman too as commented by me.

I am using iOS, here is the process..!
IDFC app--->credit card-->select transactions tab/slider (not the icon)--->click on individual transaction--->download receipt
I have highlighted the MCC code in the pic

I could not find this on android app. No way to download receipt.
Just showing transaction.
