Hi guys, does BOB issue eterna as LTF for people with very good CIBIL and decent salary ? Or there is no chance and one needs an HNI account with them ?

Adding my voice to the growing sighs, I applied for Eterna on 18/9 and got an approval message today on 15/10. Almost after one month and with radio silence throughout this long wait.

- Applied for the card on 01/09/24.
- Uploaded my HDFC card details and statement (no income proof submitted)
- I have a bob account but I selected that I don't have existing account while applying
- The application number is generated
- I didn't get any video kyc link yet
- The card tracking status shows : "we have received your application and it is in process"
- What's next ..?

Theymay not do vkyc.
Time for approval is completely unpredictable. 1 week to months

Try another set of Pdf document,
ie if uploading form16, upload ITR assessment receipt, remove password from pdf
It's mainly related to their shitty pdf viewer , which does not support all format

I converted all PDFs into JPEGs and uploaded. Worked!

I got right away connected to the agent. Some get in a few minutes, some in hours, while some in days, but you will get for sure. Bob also pulls up CKYC data, in that case, people have reported to this forum, that they got physical verification. It's BOB, and it works in its own way. Mine was approved in 3 weeks, only vkyc.
