Recently got the SimplySave Visa Secured card on a FD of 80k. Limit is 80% of FD amount. In my case it is 64k. Process is entirely offline. Card is chargeable. 590 rs(including tax).
They used to offer unnati card too, don't know about now. That was free

There are no charges. It's just a different interest amount.

If you book FD for 2 years and break in 5 months, you will get principle + interest for 5 months.

Difference is rate of interest won't be the same as 2 years. It'll be rate of interest for 5 months - 1%

It is not charges or penalty in the way that principle reduces
