Need suggestions on Accor booking

I was looking to book an accor property for 3 days. On the accor app and website, I could see a splendid summer offer that reduced the room price by 45K, 130k to 85k. But that price had no option for booking with reward points. I went ahead and booked that price and chose to pay at hotel. On enquiring with the customer care and Reservation desk at the hotel, they said that paying by points is not allowed at hotel if I booked at that rate.
After 2 days, ie yesterday, I cancelled that booking and called the reservation desk of the hotel again and asked them to book the same room for me which I can pay via points. I mentioned about an offer showing 85k INR price, and asked if I can pay via points. She said yes.

So I asked for their mail ID and sent her the booking details and asked for a booking confirmation along with a confirmation that they'll accept my points for the room booking. Got an affirmative answer from them.

Is there any chance of them not honouring it or not accepting the points when I check out/check in ? I have a mail from the property accepting that they'll accept points for this booking at this price (subjected to FX rate that time)
Anyone has past experience similar to this?

As long as you have the mail confirmation, I guess you should be good.. also did you mark the hotel in the mail or got any confirmation from the hotel

I am planning to book a hotel through accor points but while booking by points there is no option of booking room with Breakfast. How can i include breakfast with my booking?? The stay is of 5 nights. Please guide.

In Marriot Bonvoy, you have an option, before we start the search, to "use points" and once you click on it, it will show room rates in points rather than INR.
In Accor, I can't see that, hence i'm finding it hard to book the hotel since it's showing rates in INR. I know there is an option to pay at the reception with points, but I'm trying to book the hotel online using the points. I went to the page where I select the rom and it shows the total and asks to click confirm, but I didn't because I still coulnt find where the option is to pay with point. ANy guidance here is hugely appreciated

nk after sleceting the rooms and dates you get an option to pay with points

You need have points in your account before, for the option to utilize the points to show up.. once you have the points available while choosing it will show you an option on how many points can be utilized... 40 Euros = 2000 points.. you can change the currency to euros for better break up

u can only use points on hotel which shows ALL POINTS written over..once u have atleast 2k points it will start showing "save like 3.5k (or whatever) whil paying with points)

I was able to successfully redeem accor points against room rent as well as spa
