Weird. All my issues so far have been from HDFC's side of not rewarding NeuCoins on the CC correctly.

Tata Neu k side se they've been fine with their standard 5% cashback. In fact, once they had rewarded me 25 NeuCoins for a mobile recharge according to ongoing offer. When the offer later changed to 30 NeuCoins, they themselves gave me that extra 5. So strange to see this stuff. Hopefully they sort it out soon.
