Bonus NeuCoins Credited and expired same day. How badly they are operating. Can't even trust on them whether they're giving correct Cashback or not.

They dont give 5% for order amount which is paid via neu coins. But earlier they use to give when HDFC Credit cards were not there.

But it's confusing outside tata pay also credit card option is there, and tata pay also have separate credit card option..

Previously they didn't have. Once they enabled but merchant name was different than bigbasket.
But 2 days ago when I tried with airtel card, merchant name was bigbasket. Plus 5% NeuCoins for using their platform 😂

When I go to checkout section, there was option to pay without tata pay. I used airtel card for 10% Cashback.
And 5% Cashback is default for using tata neu app for checkout.

Yes It's a UPI no matter where you use.. Petrol bunk restrictions are only for POS machine transaction where they charge extra..

Yes, I think today's the statement generation date. I have read in other posts that in next 7 days you should see Neucoins credited.

I see in HDFC app, for UPI spends reward points are updated there, but not sure how it's calculated, looks very low. After statement generated we can see

I didn't get a statement mail or sms so far, but tata and hdfc both showing bill amount and due date, and hdfc unable to download billed statement, it shows as no transaction for both March and April, but bill generated.. 🧐 Ridiculous system
