Forget about increased fee, I don't recommend it even at the current price of 70800 every year.
This is a recurring liability of 70800 every year, with no possibility of renewal fee waiver, which most super premium cards have.
Return is only 1.25% no matter how much you spend!
(Even if you can find merchants /shops who accept Amex in India )

But don't worry, the referral commission is very high!

Yeah if some renewal benefits are improved, it can be useful. Without renewal fees becomes difficult to justify.
