I had submitted application in Sprint on 2nd Sep (see hard enquiry in CIBIL on 2nd sep),
9th Sep collected physical application & aadhaar biometric authentication done
10th sep : call from customer care about submitting application

No SMS, no call from Gurgaon & no further updates ..

Is call from Gurgaon mandatory for next step?

Some people got without it also.... Some got the call just for formality... They asked 1-2 things and then cut the call..... The load of applications at Gurgaon level must be huge I guess...

I am also waiting for it... Today got final regional call....
 
After multiple follow-ups through email (Nodalofficer) and on twitter, finally my physical KYC started on 15th Sep
(applied on 2nd Sep - stuck at office details, couldn't proceed further till today).

Caller 1: Said my card is approved, physical KYC happen that day.
(after 2 days, the person took Aadhar KYC).

Caller 2: Said this is verification call and asked all details (not verifying but noting all details said some system issue).
(try to offer me Pulse card but said fine with low-level cashback card, agreed).

Received another SMS says some other person will call me like that

Caller 3: Said there are some issue while entering promocode which provide me cashback card but couldn't entered due to these issues, requesting me to consider another card - declined and said will escalate to nodal officer and ask why only my application has this issue. She agreed for nodal escalation and disconnects the call.

Anyone know what else pending for my application and received any such calls where they trying to switch other cards.
Sbi and their lovely card approvals... ..... I have been rejected.... 10 times for sbi cards..... On every first call in every application.... I was said that my card is approved.....
 
Anybody facing problems in esign of documents.... I have esigned application.... But unable to download it... Agent saying application will be forwarded after download only... But when i click the link again for esign........ It shows me preview of signed application.... And its shows that it has been esigned and also showing time of esign.... Absolute messs
 
Already holding an simply click card but application for cashback card has been declined. Even after physical kyc, 2 verification call even my simply click card limit is reduced by 10k.
 
Learning new things about SBI cards everyday. Seeing all the mess I've decided to wait till October before I give this card a shot. I already hold Aurum and Prime with them 😁

Man.. You are a legend. I mean seriously. Applying for a SBI card so many times and going through their ridiculously long and painful processing time is something that requires calmness of a saint. You really are Batnambaba 😇
 
Applied on 5th Sept. 1 verification call done last monday. Today I received another call, call got disconnected on its own while the other person was talking about verification. What should be done in this case?

Nothing needs to be done. They disconnect calls randomly leaving person on the other end confused. Your verification is done if they have confirmed your name and address.
 
make sure SBICCARD application is already installed in your mobile. then click on links it will open with Sbicard application and you should be able to see your virtual card . follow the instructions on Sbicard application.
It says for me ...that my card is rejected because of internal policies...what to do now?
