No, you need to call them for fee waiver after the fee has been charged. As for LTF, you can give it a try right away but not sure if they will be willing to do it, even if you threaten to close the card, because they have got so many new customers already with the cashback card launch, so losing one customer may not matter to them, but you can try your luck.

I doubt it, final call is usually from Gurgaon, and is a 120 starting number. But then again it is SBI and can't predict anything!

Applied Cashback Card on 4th September, received virtual card on 17th with 10K limit. Received physical card today on 21st September. Requested customer care to increase limit by 2.5 Lac and now limit has been increased to 2.6 Lac. Getting 5% on online spendings and 1% in utility payment eg prepaid electricity etc. Happy to have this card. I already have HDFC Regalia, SBI Simply Click and Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card. My cibil is 810 and overall limit is more than 16 Lac.

I am having the same problem. They are not able to transfer limit from my prime card. Got the same message. I don't have any auto-pay enabled.

Don't assume that the Gurgaon call is the final call, most of the time this call is for CPP, they will call you for CPP only after they got to know that your card is already approved. My card was approved with only one verification call from the local office, when I have already generated a Virtual Card, on the same day got the call from Gurgaon for CPP and she was forcefully asking me to enroll for CPP which I refused in a single line with telling her please do not call me for this plan again.

I am also from South India , i got call from chennai on 19th Sep , yesterday 20th an agent came and did physical verification done at my home.

That's all i didnt get any call from gurgaon or delhi , today i got message that the card is approved and able to see card in sbi card app.

But not sure how to see virtual card of 16 digits fully with other details , can someone help me on this ?

So SBI is not following any standard procedure , not sure how many calls we get.

I got 11 days msg three days ago and since then it's dead silence 😂
No calls no msgs no verifications nothing. Its like the forgot I had applied.
