New Design - American Express Platinum Travel

I just came across this post on twitter (X). The handle posted a photo of the redesigned Amex Platinum Travel card.
If you like the design, then by all means go ahead and request for a replacement.

Also do keep me posted if other Amex India Cards received a design update.

Can anyone share the new MRCC design? I want to move away from gold, and it's only the bad design of mrcc holding me back 😑

At the moment, only the Platinum Travel card's design has been changed.

More cards are yet to be updated! In such cases, you can apply for the card now, there's a limited period offer where you get a free limited edition Amex Explorer kit along with the card.

And once the design has been updated, you can replace it for free.
Or the usual way, you can wait until they change the design and then apply for it!
(will not get explorer kit though)

If you want new design replace it. Else use this for some days and replace it once you got bored using this.

Yeah sure, after some time....... currently the silver has brought the freshness ...was bored of the Gold ones

Yup it does.

Not sure about no cost, but I purchased cost emi from reliance digital, not only did it get counted for milestone but I got points also for it 🙈

The Amex website design has not yet been updated. I applied for the card on April 26, 2024, and received the old design card on April 29.

Strange... amex team on chat is confirming that design is same for travel cards...only the material is changed ..
Even website is having the old design....
Anyways.... lagta h Sarkar banne ka waot Kar Rahe h...

I like how the old design looks in my wallet with a side slit. Had applied for an upgrade from SECC to PTC recently. Hoping to get the old design!
