I would also like to know, @TechnoFino, if you have ever rated anyone with your (+/-) 20 (full) capacity.
If the answer is no, then I request that you please start with me. Let me know my weaknesses, and a few positives to boost my morale.
I know you have a habit of showing us the way you want us to move forward, so why not on this issue, too?
My additional questions for you regarding ignoring a person. @TechnoFino
1. Why can't we restrict the access of the persons we are ignoring? This itself defeats the core purpose of ignoring them.
2. Why should they see and be able to react to further instigate the person want to ignore them?
3. Why are they allowed to spit everywhere related to the person ignoring them?
By the way, all moderators and very senior members deserve your ratings. I know it's difficult to give different marks and stay equally good in everyone's heart.
But, true teachers don't ever play diplomacy.
@Mr. Bean @sidp If in case the Admin miss this post. Please let him know.

I haven't used my full capacity to rate anyone yet.
Good suggestion... I'll definitely start rating our mods and old active members, they really deserve it.
I'm a bit busy, honestly, with lots of things... personal and professional life... but I'll be back at full capacity soon. I also have a trip planned in 1st week of may, so I'm a bit behind here on TFC.
Right now, we don't have a strong "ignore member" system. I'm considering this and already talking to some developers about possible addon features. I'll also discuss it with them further.
