BBPS integrated. Doesn't matter if it is unipay or Airtel or jio finance. All have similar settlement timings. It varies with bank to bank.

For all those who are facing OTP issue and cvv not being asked. Re tokenise your DC. i.e Choose add new card and re enter your DC details. Save the details as per RBI guidelines Then proceed to pay. It should work for payments thereafter. JIOFINANCE App is still buggy.
