mostly instant, I have paid IDFC, ICICI, SBI, HDFC and AXIS credit card bills.

Even i faced this issue since yesterday evening. Finally i took risk and paid through SBI unipay, luckily transaction was successful and amount was credited into HDFC cc instantly.
