Did anyone try paying Amex thru Jio finance?

Today, I cannot pay Axis ace bill of 40500 and HDFC bill of 37000 in Jio Finance app with Platinum DC. No otp received, then it says under progress and then fails.

Same happened for me continuously for 2-3 days while paying kotak cc bill.. went ahead with cred as amount was low

Both work fine, JioFinance is better between the two.

Nope, paid my bill using hdfc plat dc and jio app in the morning, worked fine.. try checking on some other platform if OTP is getting delivered from there or not.. or maybe you added HDFC OTP reciever in blocklist by mistake..?
