Has anyone else recieved an invite for Swiggy HDFC Credit Card?
I have got the invite via swiggy app and also in my email but I think it is not allowing me to apply as I already have 2 HDFC credit cards.
The 10 Percent dineout discount makes this card worth it if the card has no or low annual fees.

------ Edit By @TechnoFino ------

HDFC Bank is set to launch a co-branded credit card in collaboration with Swiggy. Currently, the card is not available on the HDFC Bank website.

Expected features of the card include:
  • 10% cashback on Swiggy orders, including Instantmart and dineout, in addition to other ongoing discount offers.
  • 5% cashback on selected online merchants.
  • 1% cashback on all other transactions.

Please note that there may be a capping limit, but the full terms and conditions are yet to be disclosed.
The anticipated range for card fees is between Rs. 500 and Rs. 1,000.
Swiggy has already started sending invitations and informational emails to customers who are pre-eligible for the card.

Mein bhi VI ka cock and ball torture seh raha hun
I'm hesitant to switch to Jio due to their non-existent customer care. I've encountered this issue twice. The first time, my brother's SIM got damaged, and when he requested a replacement at the nearby head office, they rejected it, insisting on an ID proof with the same spelling. However, it was impossible to provide such proof when their own executives had made a mistake while filling out the form! 🤣 This incident took place when Jio had just entered the market, and manual processes were in place.

The second instance occurred last year when I handed my phone, along with the SIM card, to Flipkart for an exchange. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my SIM card back, so I had to block the SIM. Subsequently, I visited the Jio Store for a new replacement, only to encounter the same spelling mistake once again. 😂

Now, I'm puzzled as to how there are still spelling mistakes even after fetching data from Aadhar. It appears that they are unwilling to issue a new SIM for any problem. This is precisely why I've made up my mind to remain with Airtel. Even if issues arise, at least there is reliable support at their stores. In contrast, Jio's store support is ineffective. While you might receive a SIM replacement if the spelling and address are correct, you can forget about it if there is an issue with your ID or address. If there have been recent changes, that's a separate matter, but 'Mota Bhai' isn't investing in customer care expenses. 🤣

Both times, my brother and I were lucky that it wasn't our primary number. Just one piece of advice: if you're going for Jio, double-check your name and address before applying for a new connection."

I had a really different expereince... and infact pleasant..
Last year I ported from BSNL to Jio,( after being sceptical about Jio for more than 6 years ).
The transition was very smooth, everything home service... Signal is aslogood via wifi calling in this concrete jungle...
5G is good , only when outside.. inside only 4g+

In fact, I have 4 years prepaid plans lined up (with ofcourse some deals), hence locking the current rates).

@4uziaul
In your case , have you tried fixing your data anamoly issue in their db with Adhar Db? this may resolve the problem...

This isn't a porting or network-related issue, and I have no complaints in these two aspects. In fact, the network is far superior both indoors and outdoors. I got it as a secondary connection, and I still have another number as a secondary connection. However, I'll never make it my primary by porting my existing number to Jio.

I have no idea how to fix any data anomaly, and when it happened in my brother's case, the KYC was done manually. In my case, KYC was done through Aadhar. If any such option exists now, I am not aware of it, and even the store employees were not helpful.

I know, it is not related to porting /network issue in your case. I was just stating my experience in those aspects.
About data anamoly, I was just referring to get whatever the issue they found out for refusing the service you wanted then... Unless that is fixed , it still remains the same is my point.. If you don't really care about that... let it be like that..

My primary is Jio now.. What I liked about Jio is its flexibility in recharges..
All have a limit of prepaid recharges only upto max 2 years... where as Jio is unlimited technically...

My guess is, there is going to be really big price hike happening, once the next year general elections are over... It is going to big hike... All the industry players agreed to this....
Hence I loaded up for the next 4 years, this facility you won't get in any other operator...

I've fully exploited this knowledge myself to the fullest extent. 🤣 I have three connections at home that I won't need to recharge for the next 3-4 years, and I made sure to recharge them when the yearly plans were priced at 1699 or lower. 🤣

In my experience For calling and SMS - Jio best (High quality Volte calls, free calls on 1860 numbers, free sms on premium number like 57575, direct isd call from main balance at cheap rates, always stable network not like other operators whose volte is unstable and it switches to 2g during call)

For Mobile Data - Airtel (as it gives better speed than jio)

No idea about vi and bsnl but I heard they are more pathetic than Airtel and jio.

4 Years recharge, 12k ?

If I'm at your place, 11k in small cap mutual fund ... will do recharge of 2 months with platinum rupay dc at amazon and will get 20% off upto 100.

Anyway 😊 thanks, for investing on our telecom industry
