StanChart platinum: Members who are charged fees despite LTF CARD

1) raise complaint to pno of stanchart.
2) let them reply. most probably they will deny ltf or reverse the fee as a ONE TIME measure. but this is not acceptable, as we were promised ltf.
3) after their reply comes, escalate to rbi via ombudsman portal.
4) if they don't listen to rbi, close the card after clearing dues (or continue if you still find it worth 300 rupees and wanted a stanC card in your wallet).

I have also asked Technofino to make a video or post on Twitter so that this scam reaches a wider audience and hopefully StanC will take note.

IMPORTANT
everyone please clear the dues as the resolution will take more time than your due date.
if they reverse the charges, you can use that credit in the next cycle.
but don't wait for the reversal to happen before clearing dues, it might lead to unnecessary defaults and charges.

Even after ltf confirmation they charged annual fee, so their email is useless, next year they will charge again

but if they say it is a one time reversal, i will put in a closure request/rbi complaint instantly.
if they say it is NOT a one time but a permanent reversal, i still have hope that it is ltf, and a proof for RBI next year if they charge again.
