No I guess. Because Millenia, Swiggy gives discount on "preferred merchants" and Park+ is not present on their preferred merchants listed

i dont mind 3rs less but i hope its not cashback for some other txn that hasnt even settled

yes they are telling transactions are blocked as these websites are suspected as fraudulent/suspicious.
