No add on card for Axis Credit Card

I just got to know from axis bank representative that they are not issuing add on cards for any Axis Bank credit card and facilities are also not supported. Is it true ?

I got my addon through the same person who got me the card. The rewards for their transactions are being credited, and the lounge access will be unlimited domestic for them too.

Had to follow up for 3 months before I got my hands on the card. Vimal from this forum got me the my card and later the addon. I was advised not to apply along the card. I just shared the docs with him over whatsapp.

You can get add on cards, but I was told that they are issuing only for premium cards.
I personally got add on for magnus recently through branch. Advisable to approach through branch/agent.

Burgundy CC itself says to apply via branch with add-on form but as you know Axis bank dandirona

Just today I applied for Magnus , 3 addon from branch
They were saying the same thing to me . But I told them I have escalated this to their PNO , and then I got a call from PNO DeSk to apply for add-on from branch .
I also showed them the PNO mail.

Just try this , first escalate to PNO that even after mentioning on MITC about free 4 add-on cards on Magnus why is bank not giving add-on. You will get reply from PNO to apply from branch , then show that mail to branch people

Well , for first this was not the branch I visit for most of my axis related work . It was a separate branch , I went to that area for shopping and luckily I was carrying the kyc docs for the add-on cards, I went inside the brand and asked for addon on Magnus , the lady said sorry sir we don’t issue add-on cards nowadays , then I told her about the entire communication I had with PNO/Circle Nodal Officer and Nodal officer and regarding my Twitter escalation , she suddenly called her boss and he told her to process the request and he would take care of the needed approvals . She while filling up my form told me “ Sir yha logo ko ek bh add-on ni Mil rha aur aap 3 apply kr rh ho”
