No Axis points/miles since 20 April

Axis Magnus Burgundy points and Atlas miles have not come since 20 April.
But Burgundy debit card points came after just one day.

Customer care say now they changed the rules--
Atlas miles will be given after 12 days
Magnus Burgundy points will be given after 15 days.
Grab deals 4x bonus points will come after 90 to 120 days, but how to keep a track of these after 3 to 4 months???

Has anyone received points for Magnus Burgundy or Atlas in the last 10 days.?

Keep a note on those txns 🤣 using Google keep, Sam notes etc.

Sometimes grabdeals txn might not be counted as affiliated txn.

Three days after doing the grab deal transaction,, I got a message that it is tracked

No points on Privilege card from 17th April. New to Axis cards. Activated on 10th only. Got welcome points and points on some transactions on 17th. After that no update.

I still not did not get the 5000 edge miles for reaching the 7.5 lakh Gold tier on 4th of March.
They said it will take 60 days.

Just today I received edge miles of first April after 30 days. Along with that the edge miles of 12th April were also given.
However edge miles of 19th April have not come

Yes I redeemed these for 5k vouchers immediately. Wondering should I even keep this card now. I have Amex mrcc and Plat travel, Icici apay and SBI Simplysave (downgraded from SBI prime), HDFC Millenia and Neu Infinity. Purpose of SBI and Axis card was only to avail offers for any large spend. HDFC both are LTF.

Points have been credited!! But I didn't get any points for insurance transaction on 19th Apr. The devaluation was applicable from 20th, right?

For me though points have not been credited for any transactions since 25th April. Have not done any transactions from 20 to 25.

It's taking 18 days for Atlas edge miles
12th April came on 30th April.
19 April hopefully should come on 7th of May, but as of now no miles have come on Atlas since 19 April
