No Neu Coins for UPI payments on Tata Neu HDFC card?

I was going through my previous 2 month statements for my Tata Neu HDFC card and to my surprise, NEU coins were not credited for any UPI payments made during the period. I had payments of 12500 through Razor Pay and 500 on Phonepe the last month. And in the statement, next to the neu coins its blank for both the payments.

HDFC stopped giving Neu coins for UPI payments? Cause if I'm not wrong, I remember getting them 3,4 months back.

For Rs. 150/- it's 2 points and redemption against cash is like 1 point is 50 paise.

My statement generated on 2nd August after that did multiple transactions and all settled but still no reward neu coins showing 0.
Something got changed this month but what exactly changed don't know - we can get info via individual experience.

After July statement or for August transactions (10 days) - statement generated in august >> Anyone received neu coins till now?

Yeah, same for me. No points for any transaction. I got only 1 point and not sure for which transaction. Even for a transaction in Tata Neu, I didn't get any points

I had made 2 UPI transactions last month. NEU coins earned last month were 0 in my statement. I didn't use the card for any other transactions as I have other cards. They are not providing any NEU coins for me.

Well. That means it's only good for 34k upi transaction every month cos after that 500 capping will apply.

Neupass Monthly Summary email shows no. of neu coins earned in the current month. This means it still provides rewards for UPI transactions.

If you are in doubt about how many neu coins you have earned this month till date, check/refer this email.

The email that came today is for July 2023.. doesn't show 'till date' neu coins.

For this month's statement, all UPI transactions settled from 1st Aug onwards didn't get any neucoins. My statement date is 18th of every month.

Customer care is saying UPI transactions neu coins are calendar month settled not statement month.

is there someone whose statement is recently generated and didn't get any neu coins for all the UPI transactions done from 1st Aug?

from this month monthly capping has been started so they will settle it at the month end
