NO REWARD POINTS ON HDFC BILLPAY DIRECTLY- RENTALBBPSNO

🙄 Instead of bickering here, can at least one of you who has received the RENTALBBPSNO SMS call HDFC customer care and ask what is the MCC for the transaction?

It's already posted here that hdfc customer care did not give mcc for dc transactions.

75K ki utility payments ki h toh pakka points milenge. HDFC ne koi statement issue nahi ki h ki Utility payments rewards fetch nahi karengi.

Might be koi technical issue chal raha ho unke end per. baaki sab banks m HDFC bohot reliable bank h bro. Wait karo 1 week or update mil jayega

but pehele to portal pe bbps ata tha sbi pe..achanak se rental kab se ho gya..and ye private banks r known for changing things silently..kya matlab axis..tum kyu gussa ho rahe ho

And credit card bill payment not comes under utility payment.

M bass ye keh raha hu ki kuch billers Rental m tag ho rahe h and kuch normal BBPSBILLPAY per. Jo ye disparity h, iska jawab grievance cell de dega or bata bhi dega ki utility spends per rewards ab milenge ya nahi.

Maine aaj ₹2500 ki ek eligible payment ki h. Agar Monday tak points nahi aate, m khud inko email likhkr puch lunga.

to uss hisab se alag mcc so no money..but my point is itna ved vab kyu..some has bbps..some has rental

Sometime if you email on cc mail-id they forward to banking team and you get replied from banking team.
