No update on Application

Hi Friends,

I applied for a Kotak credit card by online on 2nd November , but still now i didnt get any call or mail from them like any update asking for income documents or KYC ?

I just got an message with Application and some form number.

Does someone help me on it ?
 
Oh really ? I got confirmation message and cibil has also got a hit for enquiry . This is very bad .

I tried to mail them using the id given by our technofino sir , but i got revert for both the mail id's that its incorrect id.

Unable to contact customer care as its asking me to enter card details.

Can someone please let me know the correct mail for KOTAK credit card customer care.

Also if possible please let me know how to speak to customer care executive for tracking my application.

Did you apply for Kotak 811 credit card while opening Kotak 811 account?

If you have kodak customer id, then easiest way I suggest is to lodge complaint via netbanking mail section. If you're new customer with no existing relationship then sadly its very difficult, you can create a request via kodak grievance portal but after 1-2 weeks they'll just beat around the bush & send an automated reply.. Kodak grievance Redressal is one of the worst I encountered

even I applied in the same time, today I got a call from a girl asking me few documents through whatsApp. can i trust and share? she told me, they will visit my address for kyc purpose once I share these documents

Don't share anything without confirming if he's actually from kodak.. Even if she's cute also don't share without confirming
 
I have also applied on sat for league platinum card.. It was showing to me zero joining and zero annual fees... Status shows application under evaluation... Already a kotak 811 customer

The lower tier customer care is shit for kotak... Having kotak 811 account from 6 years so can tell from experience
 
Bro, u got preapproved after closing fd card!? That's news!
No they were not offering there is some. Issue in their app... Even after my credit card is closed whenever I try to apply via 811 app... It shows... You already have a card with us... Card is closed in all bureaus too.... I complained to pno regarding it... They said to apply directly via link... I did same... Also league platinum showed me zero fees... So I choose it... They cant deny ltf as Its clearly mentioned in my application pdf too which I received o my email....
