No update on RBL CC APPLICATION

I had applied for RBL SHOPRITE CC 7-8 days ago but till date it's showing processing.

I already have there Play CC, which took only 2-3 days to get approved and reached to me.

Kindly share your experience regarding the application process of SECOND CREDIT CARD from RBL bank.

My 3rd card was approved within 2 hours after vkyc , meanwhile my friend 2nd card application still under process from 15 days
