Non activation of credit card

What happens if i don't activate multiple cards after getting approved?

Because these days many tele callers calls and gives fake promises as LTF (life time free) with special offer exclusively to me.

Note: I mean not activating the card with card details even after receiving the card.

As per New RBI guidelines it will be closed automatically and will not be reported to any credit bureau.
